J Recruiting Services Terms & Conditions Agreement
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the e-courses provided by J Recruiting LLC ("the Company"). By registering for and accessing any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a binding legal agreement between you and the Company.
Registration and Access
1. User Accounts: To access the courses, users must register and create an account through Kajabi. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
2. Access Requirements: The courses are accessible through a dedicated platform provided by Kajabi. Users are responsible for meeting the technological requirements necessary to access the platform, including hardware, software, and internet access.
3. Course Duration: After purchase, you will have 1 year (365 days) of access to the course. After that time period, your access will be discontinued.
Fees and Payments
1. Course Fees: Fees for the courses are as listed at the time of registration. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
2. No Refunds or Cancellations: All payments are final. The Company does not offer refunds or accept cancellations once a user has registered for a course.
Intellectual Property Rights
1. Ownership: All course materials, including videos, texts, and workbooks, are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.
2. License to Use: Upon purchase, users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
User Conduct and Obligations
1. Prohibited Actions: Users may not share access to the courses, post course content on other websites, or make inappropriate or disrespectful comments towards others in the courses. The Company reserves the right to terminate access for any user found to be in violation of these terms.
Data Protection and Security
1. Platform Security: The courses are hosted on Kajabi, which employs rigorous security measures. Kajabi complies with GDPR and CCPA, enhancing data accuracy and security through features like Double Opt-In for forms. (Kajabi Help Center) .
2. Data Handling: Kajabi enables users to manage their personal information directly within the platform, supporting transparency and control over personal information, adhering to privacy laws.

1. Collection of Information: We collect personal information that you provide when you register for a course, such as your name, email address, and payment details. We also collect information about your interactions with the course and responses to our emails.
2. Use of Information: The information we collect is used to administer the courses, process payments, communicate with you about your participation, and improve our services. We may also use your contact information to send you promotional messages, which you can opt out of at any time.
3. Sharing of Information: We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to provide the services you have requested or when legally required.

No Guarantee of Results
1.Disclaimer of Outcomes: J Recruiting Services explicitly does not guarantee or imply that participants will achieve specific results or any results at all from completion of any course or from the implementation of any strategies, methods, or learnings derived from the course materials. The effectiveness of the provided content is contingent upon factors outside the control of the Company, including but not limited to individual effort, prior experience, and external circumstances.
2. Responsibility for Results: Participants are solely responsible for the application of their knowledge and any outcomes derived therefrom. The Company provides tools and educational resources that are intended to be taken as opportunities for learning and not as guarantees of success.
3. No Refunds: Under no circumstances will a participant's dissatisfaction with their personal outcomes from the course qualify as a valid reason for a refund. All refund requests relating to course outcomes will be denied. This policy is in place to emphasize that while the Company provides educational content, it does not guarantee results, and participants are expected to use the provided resources at their own discretion.

Limitations of Liability

Dispute Resolution
1. Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Michigan, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
Miscellaneous
1. Amendments: The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on the course platform and effective immediately
Acceptance of Terms
By registering and making payment for any course, users are confirming that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
